JOB DESCRIPTION

Ensure that key operational units and processes, critical IT assets, material risks and risk mitigants are identified, inventoried and maintained at the appropriate level

Perform the risk identification and assessment, ensure validation by the relevant management level and consistency with the defined risk tolerance;

Contribute to the definition and follow-up of remediation plans;

Define and regularly update the control plans according to the Group libraries and according to the outcome of the risk assessment, regulations and other risk events;

Organize the follow-up of the findings and recommendations, either issued internally or externally and ensure their implementation and closure within the given deadlines;

Contribute to the identification, creation, monitoring and closure of the 1LoD action plans;

Collect incidents, report and update in the Group tool, including suspected fraud cases;

Ensure that Group procedures requirements are implemented locally, complemented with local specificities (regulations, tools, organizations,…);

Ensure that the procedures designed by the businesses and functions are identified, updated, properly stored and communicated to the relevant stakeholders and that comply with the Group requirements;

Coordinate, support and advise in the validation process for exceptional transactions, new products/ activities validation committees and follow-up of the implementation;

Alert and escalate to the relevant level of management as well as to the relevant 2LoD Control Functions any operational risk incident and/ or any recurring weakness;

Perform periodic and ad-hoc reporting to the appropriate level of management as well as to 2LoD Control Functions;

Ensure (as Business Continuity Manager) the implementation and the coordination of business continuity.

Support and develop the "quality culture" within the company;

Drive managers and teams in the systematic measurement of VOC (voice of customer), initiate and support managers in the identification of corrective measures and the compilation of improvement action plans, supervise their implementation;

Regular certification of the quality and environmental management systems.
