Contest for tickets to a hockey game at O2 Arena

CONTEST RULES

Contest Host and Organizer:

The host of the contest is the company ARVAL CZ s.r.o., with its registered office in Prague, Main Point Pankrác, Milevská 2095/5, 140 00 Prague 4, ID No.: 267 26 998, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, Entry 89886, represented by: Aleš Polák, managing director (hereinafter referred to as the "host" and/or "organizer").

Contest Location:

The contest takes place within the Czech Republic via email communication, which is sent to promote the use of the new product, Arval Drive Card (hereinafter referred to as the "contest venue").

Contest Duration:

August 13, 2025, from 9:00 AM to October 20, 2025, until 6:00 PM.

Conditions for Participation:

A contestant can only be a natural person over 18 years of age with a delivery address in the Czech Republic who downloads and starts using the new Arval Driver Card (hereinafter referred to as the "card") (hereinafter referred to as the "contestant" or "participant").

Contest Rules and Winner Selection Method:

Clients who use vehicles from the Retail, MID, and Corpo segments of the Arval company will receive a unique card via email, which they can download into the "Your Pass" app or a digital wallet (Apple Wallet or Google Pay). The card will thus be active, and the user will be automatically entered into the contest for tickets to a hockey game at the O2 Arena.

One contestant will be chosen, specifically the 3,000th person to download and activate the card. This user will be selected by a representative of the Contest Host.

The winner will be contacted via email/phone/SMS within 24 hours of the contest's end. The winner is required to respond via phone/email/SMS to confirm or decline their prize and provide a delivery address and email no later than 2 days after being contacted. If this does not happen, the Organizer reserves the right to choose another winner. The Host reserves the right to exclude from the prize pool any contestants who do not comply with these rules, act in a manner contrary to good morals, or otherwise violate the contest rules.

Prize:

The winner will receive two tickets to the HC Sparta Prague vs. BK Mladá Boleslav hockey game, which will be held on November 2nd at the O2 Arena. The tickets will be sent to their specified address or via email.

Other Important Contest Conditions:

The contest host is authorized to unilaterally change the contest rules without compensation during its duration, to shorten, postpone, interrupt, or completely cancel the promotional event. The complete, current version of the rules will always be available via the Contest Rules link, which will be placed with the post. Participation in the contest or winning prizes cannot be legally enforced, nor can they be fulfilled alternatively in money. The contest organizer and host reserve the right to replace the declared prize with a prize of a similar type.

Any objections to the course of the contest can be sent to the organizer in writing to the postal address listed in these rules within 3 working days of the contest's end. Objections submitted later will not be considered.

Persons who do not meet the conditions for participation or who act in violation of the rules will not be included in the contest. If it is found that such a person has become a winner despite the above, they are not entitled to the prize.

All employees of the contest host and organizer, their close relatives, and other cooperating legal and natural persons involved in this contest, including their employees and their employees' close relatives, are excluded from the contest. If any of these individuals become a winner, the prize will not be awarded to them and will be forfeited to the contest host.

Processing of Personal Data:

By participating in the Contest, the Contestant agrees to the inclusion of all personal data provided by them, including their first name, last name, email address, and phone number (hereinafter referred to as "Data"), in the Host's database as the data controller, for the purpose of carrying out the Contest and awarding the prize. The data processor is the Organizer.

The Contestant acknowledges that they have rights under the European Parliament and Council Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and Act No. 110/2019 Coll., on the processing of personal data, i.e., in particular, that the provision of Data is voluntary, that they can revoke their consent free of charge at any time at the Host's address, and that they have the right to access their Data and the right to correct this Data, block incorrect Data, delete it, etc. However, revoking consent to the provision and processing of Data before the completion of the Contest's purpose will result in the exclusion of the Contestant from the Contest. In case of doubt about the Host's compliance with its obligations, the Contestant may contact the Organizer. The supervisory authority is the Office for Personal Data Protection, with its registered office at Pplk. Sochora 27, Prague 7, 170 00.

By participating in the contest, the Contestant gives consent to the processing of the provided personal data for the purpose of carrying out the marketing campaign in accordance with these rules, i.e., to their corresponding processing by the Organizer, who is the data controller, to the extent of: first name and last name, phone number, email.

Personal data will be used for the purpose of managing this marketing campaign, which includes inclusion in the database for the given marketing campaign, organization, and evaluation of the contest.

For the processing of the above data, the host will use the services of the organizer as the personal data processor.
