Accidents and insured events

In the event of damage to the vehicle due to an insured event (accident, vandalism, natural disaster) or other damage to the vehicle, call Arval at +420 261 109 033 on weekdays from 7: 30 am - 6: 00 pm in order to report an insured event, ensure the repair of a vehicle, or secure the use of other contracted services (Arval Assistance, replacement vehicle, etc.).

 

When reporting an insured event by phone, we will recommend the appropriate service site to provide repairs.

If you are going to have the vehicle repaired at a later date, do not hesitate to contact us, we will advise you which service site will be the best for ensuring the repair of your vehicle and where you can take advantage of premium services.

You will be informed of the current offering of premium services during the telephone call.

Premium services provided by a selected repair shop will simplify the event resolution and enable a quick return of the vehicle on the road.

 

Glass Repair

Arval Glass Service (AGS) is a project of Arval CZ, through which it brings another new dimension and level of service in the repair of windshields

Arval CZ provides its clients with the utilization of the extensive network of service centers of its contractual partners:

In comparison with commonly utilized network of brand name service stations, repairs of windshields at the above partners have the advantage of:

Active presence throughout the entire Czech Republic

Fully certified quality of the repair and the glass

A lower price of the repair

 

 

Procedure:

In the event of glass damage, call ARVAL at +420 261 109 033 (on weekdays from 7: 30 am - 6: 00 pm) in order to report an insured event, ensure the repair, or securing the use of other contracted services (Assistance, replacement vehicle, etc.).

After reporting the insured event, the driver is contacted directly by the service, with that:

1) The driver chooses the date and time of repair

2) The vehicle is picked up from him or her and returned after repair to the original place (in the case of minor repairs even with the possibility of resolving them on the spot)

3) The repair lasts 4-6 hours

4) Beyond the repair, the vehicle is washed and cleaned using the dry method

The service center will also ensure an inspection of the car by the insurance company with a guarantee of the price of the relevant liquidating insurance company. Utilization of these repairs will also positively affect the claim performance.
