REPORTING AN INSURED EVENT


You can report an insured event using the ONLINE FORM.

 

For quick notification of vehicle damage or accident, have the following basic information ready:

  1. The license plate of your car;

  2. Name, surname, phone no., and e-mail of the driver;

  3. Date and place of accident / damage occurrence;

  4. Description of the accident;

  5. Extent of vehicle damage;

  6. Which department of Czech Republic Police investigated the accident;

  7. Information on the participants of the accident or damage of another’s property or personal injury.
     

In the event that you become a participant of an accident that was not your fault, it is necessary to have information about the driver, vehicle and insurance company of the party who caused the accident.
