Service Delivery Director for Arval Czech Republic
Establish and continuously improve Arval network of suppliers, Arval operational processes and Arval internal competences in order to meet Arval customer promise by delivering the best operational services (Purchase, Rentals, Technical, Insurance) at a top level quality standard and with the appropriate capacity in volume controls, reports, processes to positively impact the business performance and support decision making within the Arval governance framework.
Guarantees the operations integrity of Arval CZ and complies with all regulations (Group and local ones) through proper management, control and support, and financial reporting.
Meet the requirements of businesses in matters relating to all external spending, based on the best cost-delivery-quality ratio, in order to ensure a sustainable competitive advantage for Arval.
Align the Business Processes in scope on the Arval standards (the "Arval Way"), in order to ensure a consistent experience with Arval for its international customers and also to optimize cost performance and procurement standards.
Interact with the local CZ management and with the Corporate Functions on a regular basis.
Manage, lead, coach and develop a broader team of 40+ specialist and 4+ direct reports.

ANALYSES AND ADVICE
Fulfil Operations requirements, provide reliable information and activity reporting to the top management, to Arval and to the Board, in line with the BNP Paribas and the Arval rules, within agreed timescales accordingly to required internal standards and legal requirements
Follow up financial planning and budgeting processes for his area of business: coordinate preparation of yearly budget and quarterly forecasts; ensure follow-up of the results and costs versus budget; maximise the value and cost effectiveness of Arval CZ
Identify the adequate and efficient organisation and implement the corresponding work set-up (processes, best practices, tools…)
Implement and support adequate internal control, including the monitoring of interactions with both internal and external auditors on relevant issues
Liaise with BNP Paribas and external partners for relevant activities, build and maintain broad market network
Design and execute Operations management in compliance with the Arval policies and procedures
Ensure efficient processes and manage improvements
Define and implement, jointly with the PC&C regional function, a PC&C programme covering Operations: OPC, identification of major operational risks, control plan and other
Provide internal assistance to the General Manager and all other Departments and Functions in Arval CZ; act as a partner and as a consultant to the business and challenge existing practices to support decision making; play active role in defining Arval CZ strategy and company culture
Lead, manage, develop and motivate a team of 40+ specialists, including 4+ direct reports (Middle managers)
Practical skills/ Certificates/Other key requirements
Experience as Senior Manager (Board, Board -1 level) at least 3 years
Experience from working for middle size/corporation international company preferred
Experience from Banking/Leasing/Corporate environment welcome
Deep knowledge of Operations and Financial Processes
Project experience welcome
Deep knowledge of the market and competition
