Can the vehicle be driven by a family member?

Arval does not limit users of the just the client. However we recommend that you ask your Fleet Manager to find out whether or not it is acceptable according to company policy.

After how many miles must I take the car for the scheduled vehicle inspection ?

The number for Driver Services can be found on the Arval ID card in the Driver Set. They will provide you with the necessary information.

Can I choose the service center or the tire service myself?

Yes, you can. You can take your car for service or tires to any member of the Arval service network.

How is the vehicle safety/technical inspection done?

Arval monitors the age of vehicles and will let you know when an inspection is due. We will consult with you on the details of how it should be carried out.

I have lost my vehicle documents. What do I have to do?

First you have to report the loss to the police and give the police report to Arval. We will send you new documents immediately.

What do I do if I have a traffic accident....on the weekend?

Basically you have to report the accident to the police and call the assistance service number on the Arval ID card if the car is undrivable. To continue on your journey, just ask the operator....
