Barometer CVO research into car firms for the Fleet Management 2009 conference

On Wednesday 29 April 2009 the company Blue Events organized the seventh annual Fleet Management 2009 conference at the TOP HOTEL Prague, to which we contributed as Silver Partners.
This year a respondents’ survey recorded the highest ever average mark in its history for rating speakers and it maintained a solid turnout (more than 100 delegates registered).
The whole conference was predicated on the basic idea of looking for savings inside companies, i.e. in the sphere of management and operation of vehicle fleets.
Jan Tejnor, the ARVAL CZ s.r.o. Sales Manager, presented guests with the latest Barometr CVO 2009 (Corporate Vehicle Observatory) research results. Even this research complemented with the overall pivotal idea of the conference. It was evident from its results that in addition to pressure to lower costs, ecological problems were starting to come to the forefront of company interests, and more and more firms were actively dealing with this issue. There is a growing trend for financing vehicles in the form of operational leasing in mid-sized and large companies.

The composition of conference attendees corresponded with greater emphasis to the fact that the process of managing vehicle fleets can influence in a fundamental way the competitiveness of companies – that’s why, apart from a strong representation of fleet managers, there were also financial and economic directors present. We are happy that we presented the Barometr CVO research results to these experts.
